Information about printing techniques

Embroidery:

Embroidery involves the incorporation of a logo on a textile product using needle and thread. It is therefore suitable for bags, caps, T-shirts or polo shirts, for example. Screen printing is one of the most popular techniques for personalised gifts. It involves the use of a stretched mesh, onto which a plate with the logo is attached. Ink is then applied, reproducing the image onto the gift. For multi-coloured designs, a separate mesh is required for each different colour. This process is simple, inexpensive, and durable. Moreover, it offers the significant advantage of adapting to various types of surfaces, allowing a wide range of merchandise to be personalised through screen printing.

Digital Label:

This technique involves digitally printing the logo onto a roll of adhesive paper. The printed roll is then processed by a cutting machine to trim it into the desired shape, creating stickers that are ready to be applied to the promotional product. The advantages of this method include the ability to print in full colour and customise the shape, offering great flexibility in the final design.
