Information about printing techniques

Ceramic Transfer:

The desired logo is screen printed on special laminated paper. The plasticised cover is then transferred directly onto the product, which is then baked in the oven. As the name suggests, this technique is designed for items made of ceramic. The great advantage of this transfer is that the design is integrated into the gift. Therefore, if it is used on promotional mugs, they will be suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher, thus allowing the logo to remain in optimum condition for longer than with other techniques.

Pad Printing:

Pad printing is a type of personalisation that allows the logo to be printed in one or more colours using a pad. This is prepared in a specific way, with a metal or plastic plate where the logo to be printed is engraved using a stamp for each colour of ink. By using this element, the technique stands out for its versatility, as it can be applied to different types of surfaces. This option is also economical and simple to implement, which is why it is one of the most popular in the corporate gift sector.

Circular Screen Printing:

While conventional screen printing uses a mesh stretched with a plate, placing the object flat for the subsequent application of the ink, circular screen printing must be done differently. In this case, the promotional gift will remain on a small structure that holds it, the mesh descends and then the machine will rotate the item so that the color is applied in a circular way.
