Screen Printing:

Screen printing is one of the most popular techniques for personalised gifts. It involves the use of a stretched mesh, onto which a plate with the logo is attached. Circular Laser:

As the name suggests, this printing method involves engraving the logo onto a circular object. This is done using a machine with a rotating support, while a beam of light performs the engraving. This technique is specifically designed for metal containers, such as aluminium or steel bottles. In addition to providing a polished aesthetic finish, the print, wrapped around the container, makes the logo more eye-catching.

Ceramic Transfer:

The desired logo is screen printed on special laminated paper. The plasticised cover is then transferred directly onto the product, which is then baked in the oven. As the name suggests, this technique is designed for items made of ceramic. The great advantage of this transfer is that the design is integrated into the gift. Therefore, if it is used on promotional mugs, they will be suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher, thus allowing the logo to remain in optimum condition for longer than with other techniques.

Circular UV:

Full-colour digital printing involves applying ink directly onto the promotional gift, followed by an immediate burst of UV (ultraviolet) light via an LED, which causes the ink to dry quickly. This reduces the time needed for personalization compared to other techniques. Additionally, the machinery is designed to accommodate circular printing, making it ideal for applying logos on containers like bottles, covering nearly the entire surface.
