Embroidery:

Embroidery involves the incorporation of a logo on a textile product using needle and thread. It is therefore suitable for bags, caps, T-shirts or polo shirts, for example. Thanks to its visual finish, it is one of the most elegant techniques to be used in merchandising, providing an image of formality and quality to the object. Even so, it must be taken into account that embroidery is not recommended for small details as they can be difficult to see.

Textile Screen Printing:

This printing technique involves using a stretched mesh with a plate prepared with the logo design. The garment must be flat and stretched for proper printing. Ink is then applied through the mesh. It’s important to note that depending on the variety of colours required, additional screens will be necessary—one for each shade. This type of printing is economical, easy to apply, and visually appealing.

Textile Digital Transfer:

A printing method in which the desired logo is printed on special paper. Then, a machine will make cuts in order to achieve the correct shape. Later, a heat press will apply the transfer to the garment. This technique allows full-colour personalisation and is quite resistant to washing. However, it should be noted that when ironing the garment, the image should not be ironed over as it could be damaged.

Reflective Transfer:

Reflective transfer is a technique suitable for creating a logo that attracts more attention and adds an extra element of security by increasing visibility (since, as its name suggests, it reflects light). In this method, the logo is printed using a special silver screen-printed ink on paper, which is then transferred to the object using a heat press. It is only intended for textile products such as bags or backpacks. This technique is genrally used on sports related gifts.

Textile Screen Transfer:

Textile screen transfer involves applying screen printing inks onto paper, which are later transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows the logo to be seamlessly integrated into the clothing. It offers a better finish than traditional screen printing, as it supports a wider variety of colours and provides a more durable result, making the design less prone to deterioration.
