Embroidery:

Embroidery involves the incorporation of a logo on a textile product using needle and thread. It is therefore suitable for bags, caps, T-shirts or polo shirts, for example. Thanks to its visual finish, it is one of the most elegant techniques to be used in merchandising, providing an image of formality and quality to the object. Even so, it must be taken into account that embroidery is not recommended for small details as they can be difficult to see.

3D Embroidery:

3D embroidery is embroidery in relief. In other words, the process is similar to conventional embroidery, but a specific technique is used to create additional height, making the design stand out more prominently. To do this, it is necessary to stitch on a thin, flexible sheet of spongy material. As it is die-cut, the stitches cover it, so that the design looks like a relief. It is usually found on caps.

Digital Transfer:

Digital transfer is a printing technique that allows you to print a logo in full colour as well as photographs. For this, a special paper containing the image is used and by ironing, it is transferred to the article. This is intended for textile items such as bags, backpacks or T-shirts. The great advantage of this alternative is that it uses a type of ink that is more resistant to washing than traditional inks. However, it is always advisable to use cleaning programmes that are not too aggressive and to avoid ironing over the image. In this way, the design will remain in good condition for a long time.

Screen Transfer :

Screen transfer involves printing using heat to apply screen-printing inks that have been deposited onto paper. While conventional screen printing applies the ink directly through the mesh, the use of a heat press and transfer paper allows for more intricate designs and greater adaptability to different surfaces. This technique is particularly suited for textile merchandise such as T-shirts, caps, backpacks, or bags. Although more expensive than traditional screen printing, the final result is more visually appealing, especially for logos with a wide range of colours.

Textile Screen Printing:

This printing technique involves using a stretched mesh with a plate prepared with the logo design. The garment must be flat and stretched for proper printing. Ink is then applied through the mesh. It’s important to note that depending on the variety of colours required, additional screens will be necessary—one for each shade. This type of printing is economical, easy to apply, and visually appealing.
